The Customer Service Coordinator will support a moderate scale of customer service activities. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, including processing orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.

  • Good customer service skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
  • Inform customers about order status, invoices and delivery.
  • A valid driver’s license and at least

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or above (preferred College graduate of any business course)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
