Ecommerce Sales Assistant

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone and chat, we’d like to meet you.


  • Responsible for booking/cancelling and amending orders made using Online portal.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and chat.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordination of clients concerns and adjustment of the services or products to the clients needs
  • Resolving of any issues on the clients site and cooperation with respective other departments
  • Identification of new business opportunities by monitoring any incoming sales opportunities from any channels and activities.
  • Maintenance of existing and building of new relationships by provision of any necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities
  • Ensuring a high-performing customer service system
  • Monitoring of performance and analysis of reports in order to derive improvement plans


  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or above (preferred College graduate of any business course)
  • Valid driving licence essential is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software an advantage
