Ecommerce Sales Assistant
We are looking for an Ecommerce Sales Assistant to join our team and help grow our online sales channel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our ecommerce platform, processing online orders, and providing excellent customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our ecommerce platform, including uploading new products and updating pricing and inventory levels
- Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, or chat
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and work with the team to improve the customer experience
- Assist in developing and implementing ecommerce marketing strategies and promotions
- Analyze ecommerce sales data and provide insights to the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or above (preferred College graduate of any business course)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of online sales best practices and trends
- Passion for ecommerce and the desire to learn and grow in the field
